Want dirty hand and finger prints all over your headliner and seats? Want your sunroof to be replaced and have loose bolts? Want your things to be shuffled around? Then this is this your place. Had my vehicle for nearly a month, pushed out three times, and wouldn’t you know it I get it back dirty. Did they fix my dents and do a 75% good job yes-Just don’t be surprised if you have to do additional work after receiving your vehicle

I recently returned a car to Precision for warranty repairs related to a defective part. They made all the necessary repairs with no questions and even provided a rental at no cost to my family. They also detailed the car at no expense. Customer for life, thanks Precision staff.

Extremely Disappointed After 10 Years of Loyalty I normally wouldn’t write a review, but after being physically injured by my own trunk due to incorrect repairs, I felt it was necessary to share. I brought my car in for repairs in June after a major storm caused nearly $17,000 in damage. Somehow, the car wasn’t totaled. When I picked it up, my keyless entry no longer worked, even though it worked perfectly before. The shop claimed it was just a button issue unrelated to their repairs and told me to go to the dealership. After paying out of pocket at the dealership, I found out the problem was actually caused by the faulty door handle the shop had installed, not a button issue like they claimed. That wasn’t the only problem. I found used bolts and outside car parts inside my vehicle. The shop claimed they cleaned it out due to shattered glass, but I continuously find glass shards in the seats where my dogs sit. I can also hear glass rattling in the doors and trunk area. Clearly, no real cleaning was done. The final straw happened when I opened my trunk and the lid slammed down on my head, causing a large knot and some bleeding. We had an awful experience with Precision Body Works, located at 3440 W Loop 289 Lubbock, Texas 79407. Our car was taken to Corey for repairs after being hit by another driver insured by Progressive. Despite holding onto our car for three months, they attempted to pass it off as completed. The quality of the body works was horrendous - broken brackets, missing bolts, parts not properly lined up and into place, overspray and excess glue protruding from emblems, after visiting to inspect multiple times and pointing out the work that needed to be redone time after time. Additionally, improper jacking up caused damage to the undercoating panel, leaving it hanging down and needing to be completely replaced after being pointed out by us. The paint job was so poorly executed that we have photographic evidence of hair and debris embedded in the paint. Corey and his staff displayed extremely unprofessional attitudes and behavior, reflecting their shoddy workmanship. Corey was so rude to my son, litterally throwing his keys at him accross the counter when we refused to take the car. We strongly advise against using this shop, it will only result in addional costs. We have now had to transpor
